Duck Dynasty star, Phil Robertson’s,
getting significant media coverage. Wherever you look, folks have opinions
about his suspension by A&E for his characterizing homosexuality as
sinful behavior.
I mention the issue because, frankly, I
simply don’t understand it. I tuned the show in once or twice a while ago, and
after a few minutes found I had no interest, so I moved on to something else.
And that’s the whole point. Because there are so many other choices, folks can
change channels for hours to find what they want to watch.
So, instead of complaining about what
they perceive as bias, those disliking program content, whatever the subject,
ought to simply grab the remote and change channels instead of foisting their
opinions on everyone else.
And then we come to one of my favorite
ongoing subjects and an article from Real Science via Drudge,
headlined: "2013 Will Finish One Of the Ten Coldest Years in
U.S. History. With The Largest Drop In Temperature.”
Steven Goddard writes that: “Before NASA
and NOAA start tampering with the data, 2013 is one of the ten coldest
years in the US since 1895, and has had the largest year over year
decline on record. NOAA of course won’t talk about this, and will massively
tamper with the data before releasing it.”
So, I guess this explains why liberals
and environmentalists are referred to as being on the left . Because it really
doesn’t matter what the subject is, from the economy, to foreign policy, to
immigration, health care and certainly the weather, none of them have ever been
right.
That’s it for today folks.
Adios
