While the world digests the looming ramifications of a nuclear armed Iran, additional details began surfacing about negotiation of the “deal” itself.

The Associated Press reports that in an interview yesterday, “Secretary of State John Kerry says there was "not one meeting that took place" during the recent Iranian nuclear talks at which the U.S. didn't raise the issue of four Americans still held captive by Tehran.

“In fact, Kerry adds, the issue was discussed during his last meeting with his Iranian counterpart, Foreign Minister Mohammad Javad Zarif, before they announced the landmark deal that is meant to prevent Tehran from acquiring a nuclear weapons capability in exchange for sanctions relief.”

Therefore, Kerry would have rational human beings believe that although handing Iran relief from sanctions that have crippled that nation since 1979, providing them with $18 billion as a result, he was usable to secure release of four hostages held by them. If, in fact, that’s the pathetic truth, this guy would lose a gunfight against a blindfolded three year old.

However, since the statement regarding the hostage release came from Kerry, a representative of the administration, there’s a very high probability of untruth. As evidenced by the POTUS himself, who said, “This deal is not built on trust. It is built on verification. Inspectors will have 24-hour access to Iran’s key nuclear buildings.”

Yet, according to www.wnd, “a senior nuclear official said if IAEA inspectors must first petition Iran for permission to visit the sites 14 days in advance.” Which makes one wonder if there’s a Nobel prize for gall.

Which brings us to today’s update on Bill Clinton’s wife.

Derek Hunter @dailycaller.com writes about email attempts to give the impression of a grassroots movement which reads in part, “We’re running a different kind of race. More than 250,000 people have chipped in $1, $5, or $10 because they care enough about this election to have a financial stake in it.”

Mr. Hunter states that, “The wording is a deliberate attempt to mislead the reader into thinking the Clinton campaign is funded by small dollar donors, average Americans simply “chipping in” what they can. But again, math tells a different story.

“If each of Clinton’s 250,000 donors “chipped in” all the low dollar amounts listed in the email — $1, $5, $10, for a total of $16 each — that would total $4 million. That leaves $42 million unaccounted for.”

According to the Washington Post, “only 17 percent of Clinton’s haul, or $7 million, came from donations of $200 or less, which leaves $39 million from high dollar donors. Not exactly the grassroots “different kind of campaign” [Leon] Podesta is telling supporters."

At the same time, Marisa Schultz @nypost.com writes that, “Furious American Federation of Teachers members are demanding the union withdraw its endorsement of Hillary Rodham Clinton, calling it premature and undemocratic.

“There was no internal discussion. Zero. Zip,” said Steve Conn, president of the Detroit Federation of Teachers. “This is wrong and something needs to be done.”

“The 45-member AFT executive board voted Saturday to back Clinton despite an AFL-CIO request to wait until July when the presidential field is more set.” While, “Critics say union head and longtime Clinton supporter Randi Weingarten secured the early nod to hamper a surge by Clinton rival Bernie Sanders.”

Instances such as the preceding, coupled with drops in the polls, drew an interesting speculation from a Republican leaning pollster whom appeared with Stuart Varney this AM on Fox News. The pollster opined that Bill’s wife’s increasing unfavorably will be viewed by high-profile Democrats as potential opportunity for their own presidential runs. Including the likes of AlGore, certainly Joe Biden and even Kerry again.

When Mr. Varney asked the pollster what the ramifications of a broader Democrat candidate field would be, she quickly replied that it would make it much easier for Scott Walker to win the presidency next fall.

Mayor Bloomberg, are you reading this?

That’s it for today folks.

Adios
