As noted prior to the presidential debate, this writer ignores them completely whereas their basic purpose has never been understood. A review of clips of last evenings vice presidential “debate,” along with perusal of commentary from an array of political writers and talking heads has provided no further insight regarding their purpose.

Common opinions among Democrat experts soundly conveys that candidate Harris clearly won the event while Republican counterparts concluded the absolute reverse. It’s a virtual certainty that viewers opinions came down on precisely the same partisan lines; their candidate won.

One critical point was made, however, regarding Mike Pence who left absolutely no doubt of his presidential capabilities. Displaying well-versed knowledge of issues presently most crucial to the nation, that acumen was aptly employed in two broad aspects. Used primarily to present the administration’s admirable performance record to date, Pence’s astuteness was conversely applied to refute numerous falsities, subterfuges and outright lies from his opponent. The display of the vice president’s talents should also serve well to confirm his qualifications for rising to the oval office when he replaces Trump four years from now.

Coming back to the debate itself and attempts to determine its purpose, several factors continue to apply. Regardless of the candidates utterings, prior to the contest, the Democrat objective included immediate plans for the raising of taxes, personal and corporate. National borders to be opened with a host of benefits granted to illegal aliens. Fracking is to be ceased. Environmental protections will return to prominence along with plans to “support voting rights and minority rights, including LGBT rights, multiculturalism, and religious secularism.”

For Republicans, continuation and enhancement of policy having already proven worth remains the objective, more than likely including further tax reduction, increased border security along with troop reduction across the globe.

After last nights contest, regardless of the candidates utterings, the Democrat objective included immediate plans for the raising of taxes, personal and corporate. Today's one of the most personally meaningful days transpired. For quite some time, new postings appeared here seven days a week while, for approximately one and a half years, each and every post contained a section headed: “Bringing us to today’s update on Bill Clinton’s wife. 

The woman was referred to in that context whereas, to this writer’s knowledge, she’d personally accomplished only one meaningful achievement throughout life to date. Somehow or other managing to marry Bill Clinton, paving the way for maximizing personal benefit in any way deemed most valuable at any particular time. Up to and including leveraging minimal to absent capabilities into the positions of United States senator from New York from 2001 to 2009, United States secretary of state from 2009 to 2013 and finally, nominee of the Democratic Party for president of the United States in 2016. None of which would have been remotely possible had there been no marriage between Bill and herself, whereas without that union, no one outside her personal contacts would have known who she was at all.

Quite interesting is the fact that it was more than likely a full self-awareness of capability shortfalls, an almost certain sense of unelectability as well as probably recognized personal repulsiveness, that caused need for seeking insurance for her presidential campaign. Up until then, personal qualities were irrelevant inasmuch as her husband’s positions provided access to any employment desired at various times. And evidently, that’s where the idea arose for creating a horrendous falsity against presidential rival candidate, Donald Trump.

Confirmation of need for assistance and insurances well beyond the running of a traditional presidential campaign are unequivocally confirmed by the fact that, despite full support and continual promotion from her husband, one of the most popular presidents ever, along with backing from then incumbent Obama, abetted by complete patronization from the mainstream media and maximized resources of the Democrat party, she nonetheless still lost the election.

Coming back to today’s subject, release of long-suppressed, likely incriminating evidence establishing proof of a hoax perpetrated against Trump by Bill Clinton’s wife, it would seem her election loss would be sufficient satisfaction on the subject. But no, it isn’t.

This writer has far too many hours, far too much perspiration and far too much effort invested to simply smile and walk away satisfied by a presidential campaign failure. Researching each and every day for hours, always finding something newly and differently repulsive, frequently untrue as presented by her or potentially illegal, for more than 18 months demands application of greater penalties for crimes committed than an election loss.

The magnitude of illegality perpetrated against Trump, instigated at the highest levels of government, involving individuals perceived by the nations citizens as the most trustworthy on Earth, deserve far more retribution than mere exposure as self-serving opportunists. Included in the list beyond Clinton are: Obama, Biden, Rice, Lynch, Comey, Brennan, Clapper, Strzok, Page and on down to FBI and Justice Department involved leadership. Were these “ordinary” citizens, appropriate punishment would undoubtedly and univocally be the public expectation, up to and including incarceration where merited.

Whatever future outcomes may be, however, the most rewarding and spirit-raising posting seen referencing a long-awaited outcome comes from President Donald Trump today: “I have fully authorized the total Declassification of any & all documents pertaining to the single greatest political CRIME in American History, the Russia Hoax. Likewise, the Hillary Clinton Email Scandal. No redactions!”

Once again, a communication with a friend produced material worth distribution on a wider scale. This one's my response to information just received regarding Biden perhaps suffering the onset of dementia. The friend deemed the theory "Very interesting!" 

Here's my response: "Thanks, for the input. And I know this seems extreme, but I still suspect there’s a reasonable chance that Biden’s dementia’s a subterfuge. Considering the amount of information now amassing about the huge abuses of office committed, significantly enriching five or six family members while Vice President, he very well may face very serious charges. His son and brother in particular received millions Biden extorted. Such as massive Ukrainian funds for his son while brother, James, was appointed vice president of a business receiving a contract to build 100,000 homes in Iraq. Yet James’ bio doesn’t mention a thing about construction experience at all. There are plenty of other examples of significant misbehavior as well, which is why I suspect he may be setting up some kind of alibi or defense predicated on allaying charges due to dementia.

"What also confirms potentially portrayed dementia symptoms is his debate performance, which by all reports was conducted perfectly. So which Biden is it, the one that’s demented and unfit for trial or the one fully capable of admirably performing the duties of the president of the United States?"

A friend sent the following unattributed letter yesterday, received from a friend of his. It's reposted here because it contains one of the best and most comprehensive summaries of Trump presidential history seen to date. Clearly illustrating how by simply doing his job, precisely fulfilling platform promises to those electing him, he's been subjected to the perhaps most vilifying personal attack campaign in the nation's history.

The penultimate paragraph is repeated here because it merits additional emphasis: "JUST imagine what this country could accomplish if the Democrats worked with [Trump] on the economy, the coronavirus, the inner cities where he's created opportunity zones, job training etc. When Trump tried to get school choice for inner-city students, they ran Betsy Devos out!! The democrats running those inner-city schools wanted no part of school choice. Have you ever wondered why it's cities that for decades, have the MOST HOMELESS, the MOST CRIME, the most MURDERS, the worst INNER-CITY schools, ARE ALL RUN BY DEMOCRATS?"

Here's the full mailing itself: "This woman lives in Sedona and a retired lawyer. She writes in simple language as a former Democrat to Democrats in general:

"Democrats –

"Now I know you don't like President Trump. That’s a given, SO let's move on from that.

"How about the division of America. Do you really blame Trump for that? How about when NONE of the DEMOCRATS showed up for his inauguration?  Don't you think that started the division? He hadn't even been president yet, and EXCEPT for Clinton and Obama, not one Democrat showed up. Is that when Trump divided America? Can you imagine if the REPUBLICANS didn't show up for Obama's inauguration because they lost? Can you even start to imagine what would have happened?

"How about when 19 minutes after Trump was inaugurated, the Washington Post declared the IMPEACHMENT CAMPAIGN has STARTED? Was that when Trump divided America?

"How about when Nancy Pelosi ripped up Trump's state of the union right in front of the world, showing complete disrespect for the President of the United States? Did that bring the country together and is THAT when Trump divided America?

"How about when America had to endure 3 years and over 30 million dollars spent on trying to PROVE that Trump only won because of RUSSIAN COLLUSION and NOT because America voted him in. And 17 democrats did EVERYTHING in their power to PROVE that there was Russian Collusion and came up with ZERO?  Was THAT when Trump divided America?

"I can't even start to go over the NEGATIVE PRESS he's received since his surprise win. Remember, the DONORS, the likes of Bloomberg, who gave 27 million, Tom Steyer who gave 17 million, George Soros who gave 9 million and MANY MORE that gave MULTI-MILLIONS to Hillary, wanted a return on their investment. Do you really think that donors give MILLIONS UPON MILLIONS just because they love Hillary? NO, these weren't campaign donations, they were INVESTMENTS into what HILLARY had promised them when she became President. They were so sure she would win and they would be SHOWERED with HUGE RETURNS, and when it didn't happen and they LOST all those millions, they went all out to TAKE TRUMP out of OFFICE by any means possible.

"DID YOU KNOW that 90% of the Mainstream media and the corporations that own them, are owned by or run by BIG DEMOCRAT DONORS? You can verify all of that for yourselves. I did. Since the moment Trump won, even before he was inaugurated, the mainstream media's reporting was 92% negative on Trump, do you know why? It was those big donors that lost their dream of MILLIONS of dollars, on their returns that they were going to receive when Hillary was President and they weren't going to take that loss lightly. They needed to PUNISH TRUMP and those that VOTED HIM IN.

"I've said this since the night he was elected. "There is NOTHING the left won't do to take down our President”, our country and us, no low they won't go to, to get their power back", and sadly, we have seen this every single day since his election.

"Let me ask you this. Have you ever listened to Trump or appreciated any accomplishment or campaign promises he's kept, have you ever gone to one of his rallies or have you just closed your mind to anything he does? Please ask yourselves the following questions, if you dare.

"What has Joe Biden done for America for the last 47 years that he's held an office?
What did Joe Biden ever do for BLACKS when HE and Obama were in office?
What has Joe Biden ever done in his entire life to create a private-sector job?
What has Joe Biden done to help the American middle class worker?
Let me also ask you this.  Why do you think there are so many people tearing down statues, burning our flag, beating up police officers, disrespecting our founders and hating our country? It comes straight from our SCHOOLS that have slowly been tearing down our history. If there is a teacher out there, please tell me the following:

"Do you teach the truth that it was the DEMOCRATS that were the KKK?
That the GRAND LEADER of the KKK was Robert Byrd, who was elected to congress as a DEMOCRAT and served for decades, and that it was Hillary, Bill, and Obama that gave his EULOGY praising him?

"That the DEMOCRATS fought the Civil war to KEEP SLAVERY?  That the inner-city ghettoes were created by DEMOCRATS to keep control of slaves after they were freed?
That planned parenthood was founded in inner cities to CONTROL the BLACK POPULATION?  Is any of this in your history books?
 
"Let me ask you this as well: Can a student speak up when he/she disagrees with a teacher when they say that Trump is a horrible President or the electoral college has to be eliminated?  I don't think so?  Well, I know a student that actually happened to. When the teacher said it had to be eliminated because Hillary lost, and he stated the reason it should stay, she ripped him apart and gave the entire class a 5-hour test, and stated it was because he DARED to disagree with her.  Is that happening in your schools?

"I'm only asking questions. I'd like your answers.

"How about when Trump commuted Roger Stone's sentence, and was DEMONIZED 24/7 but NOT A WORD when Obama commuted 1,715 inmates, which included 330 that he granted on his last day in office. DID WE EVEN HEAR one WORD about it?

"Were there reporters even reporting it. NO! Just look at the difference in the reporting.  By the way, since Trump's been in office, he's commuted 10 people. Compare that to Obama. Is that reporting fair?

"How about when Biden and Obama allowed the H1N1, the SWINE FLU, to INFECT MILLIONS of Americans before declaring it a health emergency. Was the press losing its minds and calling it the OBAMA FLU AND BLAMING OBAMA and BIDEN for the spread?...SILENCE!

"Compare this to the NEGATIVE COVERAGE that Trump got when he immediately halted travel from China. Then, in February, Nancy Pelosi went to Chinatown and said come on down, or when DeBlasio, in March, said ride the subways and go to Broadway. BUT those same people are blaming Trump for the spread of coronavirus.

"A FINAL QUESTION:

"What have the DEMOCRATS done to help make America the best, to get behind a president that works tirelessly to care about WE THE PEOPLE instead of using us as political pawns? What have the Democrats done for people of color EXCEPT for GIVING ILLEGALS more rights than citizens and having us pay for it?

A friend sent a disquieting email yesterday, explaining his dislike, repulsion and distrust of Trump. In fact, his disappointment was so great with both presidential candidates he'd decided not to vote at all this November. 

Reviewing my reply to him suggested turning it into a post that may be useful to others, as follows: 

"I certainly can’t disagree with your conclusion that Trump may be dishonest. It’s also quite likely that all politicians are criminal to some degree, most of them worthless parasites as well. However, in a presidential election we only get two real choices, one of which will wind up effectively heading the country. And this time around there’s far more at stake than which crook attains the White House, the nation’s political philosophy’s in play as well.

"Should the Democrats somehow win, the door’s wide open to socialism, wealth redistribution, reparations, economy strangling tax reform, rejoining the ridiculous and unaffordable Paris climate accord, resurrecting Iran as a super power, isolating Israel once more, shutting off U.S. oil production along with a return to dependence on Middle-Eastern providers doubling or tripling costs of fuel, packing the Supreme Court to prevent conservative justices forevermore, along with elimination of the Electoral College insuring that major Democrat sanctuary states/cities such as New York, Los Angeles, Chicago, Boston, Baltimore, Detroit et al take electoral control well into the foreseeable future.

"Additionally, open borders will permit all who choose unbridled entrance while all illegal aliens will be granted free health care, education, decriminalization of border crossings, moratoriums on deportations to pressure Congress to act on immigration legislation and the elimination of expedited removal proceedings.

"While these are highlights to considerably more removal of the vestiges of capitalism, another personal suspicion exists whereas its very likely that considerable numbers of personal income-producing voters are presently unaware of the span of leftist ideology and its true impact on their after-tax earnings. Which means that when they find out the ultimate personal costs while observing government ridiculously redistribute their hard earned incomes, the very strong possibility of some kind of nation-destroying civil war truly exists.

"As a result I strongly suggest, that considering what very well may happen should the Democrats win, you find a way to temporarily ignore Trump’s personal traits as you enter the voting booth, pull the Republican levers and do what’s best for your country and certainly yourself under the current circumstances."

Tuesday's entry addressed an inability to understand how presidential candidates presentation technique and personal style possibly overrode impacts of party platform policies on voter’s lives. Yet, the vast majority of media commentary still seems primarily concerned with candidate’s acceptability as individuals. The ridiculousness of that premise is still found incomprehensible whereas the idea remains unfathomable that individuals, for example, would willingly pay significantly more in personal income taxes because Trump seems unpolished or brash to them.  

To illustrate the probable costs to voters preferring one they perceive as a quite gentlemanly older man, here’s some data compiled in a Wall Street Journal op-ed by Stephen Moore back on September 30th, 2019. As posted on the Americans for Tax Reform website, household income had reached an all-time high:

“Real median household income—the amount earned by those in the very middle—hit $65,084 (in 2019 dollars) for the 12 months ending in July. That’s the highest level ever and a gain of $4,144, or 6.8%, since Mr. Trump took office. By comparison, during 7½ years under President Obama—starting from the end of the recession in June 2009 through January 2017—the median household income rose by only about $1,000.”

The following chart highlights the strong Trump wage growth.

                     

Prior to the onslaught of the Chinese virus, many signs indicated the strengths of the Trump economy.

·        According to then Labor Department Job Openings and Labor Turnover Data, the ratio of unemployed persons to job openings was just 0.8 in July of 2019 an all-time low since this data was first collected in 2000.
 

·         Hiring and job openings also remained strong – 6 million people started a job in July and there were 7.2 million openings.
 

·         3.6 million workers voluntarily quit their jobs last July indicating there was strong confidence in finding other employment.

    

     ·       Unemployment remained low at 3.7 percent, over 6 million jobs created under Trump.  

       ·       The unemployment rate for African Americans hit a record low of 5.5 percent, Hispanic unemployment matching record lows of 4.2 percent.

 

·         The civilian labor force had increased by 571,000 according to the BLS household  data, the largest such gain since October 2018 and the fourth consecutive month of labor force growth.

This stood in especially stark contrast to Biden, as well as Democrats both in congress and on the campaign trail that "proposed trillions of dollars in tax increases that would undo the existing economic growth that has benefited American families and businesses across the country.”

While the nation runs on its economy, Trump’s strongest capability, he’s also significantly bettered the entire left on foreign policy, border control, illegal immigration, veteran benefits, significant income tax cuts, widespread deregulation, increased military spending, rollbacks of federal health-care protections and appointment of conservative judges consistent with conservative policies. While crossing party lines in addressing anti-globalization policies of trade protectionism, describing himself as a nationalist in foreign affairs, Trump’s also said he’s "totally flexible on very, very many issues."

Returning us to the confusions arising when a presidential candidate’s current performance in office so far outpaces his opposition’s utmost capabilities it truly isn’t even a contest. Yet media coverage persists in dwelling on aspects of personal presentation demeanor. And that, once again, reminds of the old Henny Youngman gag about the dupe in the diner watching his coat as directed by the sign, which is when they stole his lunch.

A friend sent the following copy of a letter from Director of National Intelligence, John Ratcliffe, to Senator Lindsey Graham yesterday, prompting this response from myself.

“Really interesting stuff, thanks.

“One has to wonder if the Republican Senate leadership is clever and sophisticated enough to plan the timing of recent information releases this close to the upcoming election.

“There’s virtually no doubt of invalidity of anti-Trump allegations regarding Russian collusion, the manufactured case against him directed by Clinton with full knowledge of Obama, Biden, Rice, Comey, Brennan, Lisa Page, Peter Strzok and all the rest. Coupling this with current disclosures of abuse of power by Biden as he used his position to enrich his son and six other family members while in office leads to concluding that the Republican strategy centers on unequivocally bringing them all down within a week or two of election day, guaranteeing Trump as a reelection shoo-in.”
