Throughout the media today, there are stories about isolated problematic occurrences around the nation, many locally related and affecting relatively few individuals. For the most part, however, things are remarkably calm.
So, what that suggests is that the quietude results from people focusing on their families, friends, and others in the most amicable manner possible, seeking to do no others discomfort, problems or harm.
So, I guess today’s question is: Why can’t everyone do that all year long?
