Another day, another health care tax downturn or two. Today’s, which come from Chris Stirewalt on Fox News on-line, speak for themselves.

OBAMACARE NAVIGATORS NOT TRAINED, COMMITTING FRAUD Most Americans feel that ObamaCare will make their own care worse. The latest AP/GfK poll finds nearly four in five respondents see their policies changing for the worse under ObamaCare. Another 69 percent expect their premiums to go up, with another 59 percent bracing for a rise in deductibles. About sixty percent of respondents not approving of the way President Obama is handling healthcare.

Generation gap - The latest from the USAToday/Pew poll shows Millennials still souring on President Obama and his signature law. Fifty-four percent of young people disapproved of his signature entitlement program. Obama’s job approval with adults under 30 clocked in at 46 percent, down from 67 percent a year ago.

Generally, this kind of news deems it likely that the health tax disaster should provide a significant advantage for Republicans at the polls next November. Nonetheless they, as usual, are proving to be their own worst enemies.

Paul Ryan, a very sophisticated budget analyst, has proposed a compromise  financial approach that has excellent chances of approval in both the Senate and House. Passage would avoid further chances of shutdowns while permitting other legislative issues to move forward.

Activists in the party, however, feel dissension is necessary to the extent that, House leader, John Boehner, lost his cool in public disgust .

And it’s quite apparent that, although all of these members have every right to represent their constituents with vigor, what their party needs most now is cohesion. Because if they continue battling one another, thereby splitting their forces, they’ll not only lose any advantage they currently have, they’ll forfeit their cause to the weakest Democrat status seen in 40 years.

The health care tax alone almost guarantees majority wins in both houses, while the economy’s still unstable, foreign policy has never been as poorly handled as currently, and the nation’s going backward in almost all measurable areas. Therefore, its conceivable that the only real threat to Republicans is themselves.

And, as recent history has shown, since they’ve consistently been their won worst enemies, its time for them to grow up, back off and take advantage of the huge opportunity. Because they can’t accomplish a thing unless they get their foot in the door together.

That’s it for today folks.

Adios
