Many Democrats are upset that the president's withdrawing only 30,000 troops from Afghanistan. I guess they must think that since UBL's now sharing space with Allah, there's no reason for our guys to hang around over there. So, they're demanding a bigger withdrawal.

But, wouldn't you think that even for the likes of those who have their heads in the sand and don't believe our country's at risk to terrorists, or that our overseas interference is warranted, that these folks would wake up and realize what's going on. Because the biggest leftist in the U.S., our anti-military president, is the guy who thinks most of our troops should stay there. And he's the one who picked the withdrawal number. And he's also the one who's privy to classified information and knows exactly what's going on over there, not some sign-waving, anti-war loony who's clueless.

So, if it wasn't for the fact that if we pulled up stakes and actually brought all our troops back home I'd be at serious risk myself, I'd like to see the look on these bozo pacifist's faces when some hooded Al Quaeda guys show up at their doors with machetes.

In the meantime though, what should give the president's true believers some hope is that House Majority Leader, Eric Cantor, pulled out of the bipartisan budget talks led by Vice President Biden. He said Democrats won't drop their push for tax increases and are now calling on the president to get involved.

If you add this development to all the other steps the administration's taken toward socialization of the nation, leftists should be truly pleased. The back of the economy's been broken, health care reform will soon help eliminate financial freedom, the middle class is rapidly disappearing and the only real hiring's being done by an ever-enlarging government. Meanwhile, education's gone down the chute and unions are gaining power as I type.

So, what else do these leftists really want? And although it's been said that misery loves company, which is likely their mandate, I wish they'd do it somewhere else. Because although things might not always been better under a free enterprise system, I still liked it better when my chances for improvement were unencumbered.

That's it for today folks

Adios
