BloggeRhythms

A crawler on Fox News this morning said that the incumbent was working “hard’ to find ways to create jobs and increase employment, which amounts to a boatload of total hot air. Because he not only won’t solve the economy's problems, he’s the singular largest roadblock to business growth and success there is.

As mentioned here, over and over, there are simple steps that anyone sincerely interested in building the economy could accomplish in no time with the stroke of a presidential pen.

He can open the Keystone XL pipeline now, reduce the EPA by 90%, institute a flat tax, wind down the IRS, secure the borders, deport illegals, repeal the health care tax, bring back the 40 + hour work-week, leave minimum wage unchanged, and then return to Hawaii, or anywhere else he chooses, and leave everyone else alone.

But, when it comes to regarding anything except social issues, Democrats are generally clueless as a group. Choosing instead to support themselves by taking from those who work for a living.Which is why the economy always suffers when Dem’s are in power. The only modern exception was Willy who knew he had no financial capability whatsoever. So, he left Republican, Alan Greenspan, alone to run the Fed and the nation prospered because of it.

And then today, there’s another example of how Dem’s simply don’t get the message.

According to politico.com, the soon retiring Democratic Rep. Henry Waxman had this to say this morning, “I don’t accept the idea that Democrats won’t get the House back. I think that the Republicans have nothing to offer. They’re against everything. They’re against everything Obama wanted. They have no alternatives on health care policy. They have nothing to say, they have nothing to offer.”

Now, what Mr. Waxman either doesn’t grasp, or chooses to have us believe, is that Republicans are wrong unless they have an alternative to offer of their own.

However, just because they’re “legislators” doesn’t meant they continually have to create new laws. In fact, as far as almost all businesses go, they perform at their best when left alone. But there’s  so much legislation in effect now, most businesspeople are afraid to expand, hire or grow whereas they have no ideas to what these overbearing laws are going to eventually cost them.

Therefore, contrary to Mr. Waxman's misguided position, Republicans understand full well that the only way to rebuild the nation’s economy is not simply saying “No,” but totally reversing every one of the incumbent’s laws and polices as soon as possible.

That’s it for today folks.

Adios
